Vertical Operation on VL100K Consoles

Industrial gates of vertical operation on consoles, due to their design, require a heading of a height not lower than the height of the gate opening + 250 mm, a jamb of minimum width of 500 mm (+ 150 mm at the driving side) and built-in depth of minimum 600 mm.

Product characteristics: shaft and torsion springs installed on consoles, in front of single horizontal guides.

Garage door panel design

Standard panels used in production of garage gates are comprised of sections of 40 mm thickness and 500 mm, 555 mm or 610 mm height.

They are made of hot-dip galvanised steel sheet coated with polyester, filled with polyurethane foam of high thermal insulation properties.

The design solutions of sections prevent the gate from crushing the user’s fingers.

Zbudowane są ze stali galwanizowanej Z100 i Z225 oraz powlekanej poliestrem blachy stalowej, wypełnionej pianką poliuretanową o bardzo dobrych właściwościach termoizolacyjnych.

Rozwiązania konstrukcyjne sekcji zabezpieczają użytkownika bramy przed przygnieceniem palców.

Lattice section design

The entire lattice section is made of anodised aluminium profiles. Sections may be filled with acrylic glass, aluminium board filled with a foam and a steel sheet with perforation to improve ventilation in the area (e.g. in underground garages). There is a possibility to coat profiles with any RAL colour.

Doors integrated into an industrial gate

The majority of industrial sectional gates may be additionally equipped with passage doors made from the same material as the gate sections, i.e. gate panel, lattice sections with acrylic glazing, aluminium board or perforated sheet metal filling.

Integrated doors are available in low and standard doorstep versions. Standard dimensions of a door leaf is 800 mm or 900 mm width and 2 000 mm height. Minimum distance from the door to the side edge is 700 mm.

Each integrated door is equipped with an automatic door closing mechanism that holds the door leaf in a closed position. In case of use of an electrical drive, the door is equipped with an opening sensor, which guarantees that gate lifting is only possible when the door is opened.

The door ring is made of anodised aluminium profiles that may be coated with any RAL colour.

Protection against effects of spring breakage

All our industrial sectional gates are equipped with protection measures that prevent rapid drop of a gate in case of spring breakage.


Protection against effects of rope breakage

Industrial sectional gates, due to the frequency of their use, require additional protection measures. Protection against effects of breakage of the torsion spring prevents rapid drop of the gate in case of breakage of one of the ropes.


FRABA – OSE System

FRABA (OSE) System is a photo-optical safety sensor installed in the gasket of the lower panel of the gate. After detecting interruption of a light beam, the sensors immediately stop and then lift the armour of the gate, preventing crushing. The system is compatible with the majority of controls available on the market.


forceLC2 Optical Curtain

forceLC2 Optical Curtain provides an optical protection of the edges of the gate against crushing and is mounted on the guides. The optical curtain is connected to OSE control socket


DW-KONTAKT Edge Protection System

A set of pneumatic measures protecting against crushing, mounted on the lower gasket of the gate. The pneumatic limit switch is activated by an increased pressure in the lower gasket. The contact of the limit switch opens when the gasket is crushed by an obstacle.


GfA Photocells

GfA Photocells with a reflective screen for industrial gates of maximum width of 7m. Works with TS 970, TS 980 controls (used only to control opening).

All standard sections, i.e. with a gate panel, may be equipped with thermal windows that allow to increase lightning level in your garage or hall.
